1. How do I know if I need a building permit?

The railroad tracks divide the town between north and south. The south side is W. 1st Avenue south to W. 8th Avenue and Chestnut Hill Drive. The north side is Main Street north to Crystal Springs Apartments, North Limestone Road and the end of Green Street.

3. Why can't I use trash cans larger than 36 gallons?

The public works men cannot lift the larger cans. If you wish to continue to store your trash in the large cans, just place the bags out for collection.
